We have to say to you that Softozen’s services are not refundable. You can not ask for a refund if the project is finalized & on it’s startup. But we can do a favor for our clients like the given points below.

  • We will give you a 50% refund when the project is started and done 50% or less.
  • We will give you a refund 25% when the project is started and done 75% or less.

We guarantee you will love our services. So you will not ask for a refund.

Refund process

  2. Open a support ticket for the billing department.
